Joel Allcock
Joel Allcock is a cannabis and hemp industry consultant who has been a licensed cultivator of cannabis in Rhode Island since 2006 and is also a licensed medical marijuana caregiver. In 2009, he co-founded a group that was awarded a license to operate the first medicinal marijuana dispensary in Rhode Island, where Allcock served as Director of Cultivation. He was responsible for writing standard operating procedures. His experience also includes working as National Director of Cultivation and Integrated Pest Management for Acreage Holdings.
Allcock established New Jersey residency in 2018 to pursue the opportunity to develop a model medical cannabis Alternative Treatment Center in Brick Township. He has developed pediatric patient programs in Rhode Island and Delaware, personally designing dosing regimens for over 100 pediatric patients. He is committed to access, affordability, and research around medicinal cannabis.
